This single-variety extra virgin olive oil is obtained from Villalonga olives at their optimal ripeness. It is a product of Spain, extracted exclusively by cold mechanical means to preserve all its purity.

AROMA: It presents an intense olive fruitiness at veraison. Almondy, vegetal notes and hints of wild herbs stand out.

PALATE: It is a dense and persistent oil, characterized by intense bitterness and spiciness with a fruity and balanced taste.
