Applicable legal framework<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">These conditions regulate the online sale of food products through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/oroyolivo.com\/en\/\">https:\/\/oroyolivo.com\/en\/<\/a>, in accordance with current Spanish legislation, specifically:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"3\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,0,0\">Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,1,0\">Law 34\/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,2,0\">European regulations regarding e-commerce and consumers. The purchase of products implies full acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"4\">2. Products<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The products marketed are food items (olive oil and artisanal products). Due to their perishable and food-based nature, specific return conditions apply in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"6\">3. Purchase process<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The purchase is made online through the website. The process consists of:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Product selection.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Cart confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">Entry of billing and shipping details.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,3,0\">Secure payment by bank card through the Redsys gateway. Therefore, for a return to be accepted:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,3,0\">The product must be in perfect condition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,4,0\">It must be unopened and with its original seal intact.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,5,0\">It must retain its original packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"16\">7. Return costs<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"18\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,0,0\">Shipping and return costs will be borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18,1,0\">The product amount will be refunded once its condition has been verified.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"19\">8. Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">Orders may be canceled at no cost as long as they have not been shipped.
