Honey obtained from the nectar of a wide variety of wildflowers from the Enguera Mountains, collected by our bees during spring and early summer. Cold-extracted through artisanal processes, without additives or industrial blends, preserving its natural enzymes and nutritional properties intact.

This honey reflects the biodiversity of the Mediterranean scrubland, combining heather, rockrose, Spanish lavender, winter savory, and other meadow flowers in a natural balance that varies subtly with each harvest.

AROMA: Intensely aromatic, with a floral and wild bouquet accompanied by herbaceous nuances that evoke the Mediterranean forest. Rich and enveloping fragrance.
