Extra virgin olive oil produced from an exclusive coupage of six selected varieties: Villalonga, Alfafara, Changlot Real, Blanqueta, and Picual. Harvested at veraison and cold-extracted (below 22 °C) using mechanical methods, preserving intact their organoleptic properties and high content of natural antioxidants.

This oil represents the perfect balance between olive-growing tradition and technical excellence, capturing the biodiversity of the Sierra de Enguera in every bottle.

AROMA: Exhibits an intense green fruitiness with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato vine, and fig leaf, accompanied by nuances of wild aromatic herbs. Hints of green almond and fresh nuts.

PALETE: Fluid and elegant entry. Balanced between gentle bitterness and a progressively clean pungency. Persistent on the palate, with a final impression of green nuts. A structured, harmonious oil with excellent stability.
