PURCHASE, SALES, AND RETURNS POLICY
1. Applicable legal framework

The products marketed are food items (olive oil and artisanal products). Due to their perishable and food-based nature, specific return conditions apply in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
3. Purchase process
The purchase is made online through the website. The process consists of:

Secure payment by bank card through the Redsys gateway. Payment is carried out in a secure and encrypted environment. Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
4. Price and taxes

5. Shipping
Orders will be sent to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but the customer will be informed beforehand.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Return costs

Orders may be canceled at no cost as long as they have not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the withdrawal policy described above will apply.
